Offered here is Sam Snead's tournament-used "forked hosel" Pankster putter. According to the fantastic 1996 letter from Sam Snead that accompanies this piece, Snead states that this putter was "used by me in winning some of my 185 tournament wins." While attempting to photomatch a golf club from Sam Snead's era is generally close to impossible, the unusual nature of this forked hosel putter give us some hope that a photograph of Snead using this putter can indeed be found.
